Mr. Bajrang Tripathi is the Founder Manager of All India Children Care and Educational Development Society Azamgarh Uttar Pradesh.An Organization which not only caters to dispensing modern education but also ensures quality education and better future prospects. Because of his unfeigned, relentless and selfless service towards mission EDUCATION TO ALL, he is a person with recognition far and wide,a prominent and an eminent figure not only in the city of Azamgarh but also in the remote rural areas of Eastern U.P.He was born on 15 August 1944 at Jahangirganj, Ambedkar Nagar, U.P. in a middle class, noble and well educated family. A graduate in Military Science, had defence studies in his Post Graduation. He taught defence studies for a period of 27 years in Shibli College, Azamgarh. An architect of Modern Education he dedicated his life towards making education within reach of all without any distinction based on caste creed , sex, colour or religion, thereby illuminating even the far flung and remotest villages of Azamgarh with the bright rays of literacy and dispelling away the dark demon of illiteracy. Due to his efforts the wide gates of education have been opened for all. With his desideratum and contemplation, he set up CHILDREN COLLEGE ,up to 12 standard, affiliated to the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations Board, New Delhi in 1977 and since then there has been no looking back. An Avant grade in the field of education he established several educational institutes i.e. Children Senior Secondary School ,up to 12 level, affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi, Children higher Secondary School, up to 12 Grade, affiliated to the Uttar Pradesh Madhyamic Shiksha Parishad , Allahabad, U.P., Pharmacy College, Azamgarh , Under Graduate and Post Graduate level, Approved by All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi, Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi and Affiliated to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. The Government Mission’s basic objective is to create a trained Skilled Manpower ofat least 500 million persons by 2030. It gives me immense joy to see the Government Polytechnic Kadipur Sultanpur First PPP Govt Polytechnic spreading its wings and taking steps towards redefining technical education in the state under PPP scheme. When we set up PPP mode in Government Polytechnic, our vision was to create a world class institution delivering quality technical education recognized by the industry, nationally and internationally. This is a challenge as well as an opportunity to do something innovative and futuristic for generations to come. The Government Polytechnic Kadipur Sultanpur under PPP mode must focus on producing employable students who will take India forward. For this we must design and run courses in consonance with the industry requirements. We must enable and support the students to achieve excellence in whichever field they wish to pursue at the college. I strongly believe that GPA, Azamgarh will become a model for Technical education in Uttar Pradesh.

Dr. Subodh Kant is a distinguished academician and visionary leader with over 14 years of experience in teaching, research, and innovation in technical education. He is currently serving as the Principal of Government Polytechnic Atraulia, Azamgarh, and also holds the role of Director & Project Head at AICCEDS. With academic credentials including B.Tech, M.Tech, and Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering, Dr. Kant has made a lasting impact in the domain of technical education, especially in polytechnic institutions across Uttar Pradesh. A key figure in institutional transformation, Dr. Kant has played a critical role in improving the quality of education, infrastructure, and industry-academia collaboration. He has implemented several strategic initiatives aimed at modernizing the education system, promoting digital governance, and strengthening employability among students. His leadership in administration is marked by various initiatives such as curriculum reforms, faculty development programs, and modern lab establishment. As Principal, he has led the institute toward excellence by emphasizing industry partnerships, updated pedagogy, and accreditation standards. He has actively contributed to policy-making in collaboration with the Department of Technical Education, Government of Uttar Pradesh, aiming to enhance the overall technical education framework. One of his landmark initiatives is the "Earn While Learn" scheme, which enables students to gain practical experience alongside their education. This hands-on approach enhances confidence, skill development, and job readiness. He has also been at the forefront of emerging technologies, launching training programs in cyber security and artificial intelligence to prepare students for future demands. Dr. Kant’s achievements in research and academia include: 10 research publications in national and international journals and conferences. Guidance of 10 B.Tech and 2 M.Tech projects. Chairing 6 conferences, attending 20+ events, and delivering 21 impactful talks. Authorship of 2 books and contribution to 2 book chapters. Recognition as ‘Best Innovative Leader’ by NSDE, New Delhi for his significant contributions. He also serves as a mentor under the Atal Innovation Mission (AIM), NITI Aayog, where he guides budding innovators and promotes entrepreneurship and creative thinking among students. His involvement in national-level initiatives showcases his stature as a thought leader in India’s innovation ecosystem. Dr. Kant’s influence goes beyond academics—he has worked towards building strong alumni and mentorship networks, ensuring continuous support for student success. He is deeply respected for his ethical leadership, student-centric approach, and ability to motivate students to think beyond the classroom and contribute meaningfully to society. Through his progressive vision, practical initiatives, and consistent dedication, Dr. Subodh Kant has impacted the lives of thousands of students and educators.
